Every plan includes every feature. This policy explains what the plan sizes mean, so prices can stay simple.
What decides your plan

- Active means switched on. Schools and children you deactivate (summer, a school that stopped) don't count.
- Whichever needs the bigger plan - schools or pupils - decides.
- Short peaks, like September sign-ups, are fine. If you're over your plan for a whole month we'll contact you before anything changes.
Reasonable use
- Dish photos: up to 8 MB each, for the dishes you actually offer (a few hundred is fine).
- Emails are for the service: log-in codes, password resets, order and deadline messages. Not for newsletters or marketing.
- No automated access - scraping, load testing or bulk tools - without asking us first.
- Class lists are for ordering only: first name, surname and class.
- Support is for running your service: setting up, questions, problems. Bigger projects (importing years of old orders, custom reports) we'll quote for.
